By promoting education, alleviating poverty, and supporting individuals of all abilities.
Founded by a civil engineering company, we stress the importance of informing youth about the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. We promote education by hosting teacher externships, high school job shadowing, and collaborate with universities and programs to educate students on real-world engineering applications. In addition, we encourage students to discover more about what design and engineering careers offer.
KFW Engineers spoke, and the Foundation listened. When gathering feedback on how our associates wanted to continue to impact the community, poverty alleviation was a priority. As a result, KFW Foundation fundraises, hosts in-office volunteer events, and volunteers at organizations like the Children’s Hunger Fund to support these efforts.
Inspired by KFW's partnership with Morgan’s Wonderland we hold various fundraising events and volunteering experiences to support inclusion initiatives. Additionally, we pledge to raise $100,000 annually to provide- ultra-accessible experiences, so individuals of all ages and abilities can make memories at Morgan's Wonderland.
